Confirmation & Payments

Weddings:

A NON REFUNDABLE booking deposit of 50% of the total quotation is payable to secure your date & time slot once accepted. In the unfortunate event that your wedding is canceled or another date is chosen by the client that we cannot accommodate, the said deposit will be forfeited to recover any financial losses incurred by us. Balance is payable 2 (two) weeks prior to the wedding date. No wedding will be undertaken unless the full balance is paid. All extras and or extra time spent at the wedding venue at the Bridal couple's request is payable on invoice after the wedding.

Events & Functions:

A NON REFUNDABLE booking deposit of 50% of the total quotation is payable to secure your date & time slot once accepted. In the unfortunate event that your function/event is canceled or another date is chosen by the client that we cannot accommodate, the said deposit will be forfeited to recover any financial losses incurred by us. Balance is payable 2 (two) weeks prior to the function/event date. No function/event will be undertaken unless the full balance is paid. All extras and or extra time spent at the function/event venue at the coordinators request is payable on invoice after the function/event.

On location photo sessions:

Option 1

Full amount on the quotation can be paid in advance to secure your date & time.

Option 2

50% deposit payable on booking to secure your date & time slot The balchance payable on the day of the photo session.

Should you cancel the said appointment, or another date is chosen by the client that we cannot accommodate in our schedule, the said paid monies will be forfeited to recover any financial losses incurred by us. Any extras ordered by the client is payable on invoice and no post production will take effect on any extras unless fully paid for.

Architecture & interior design assignments:

a NON REFUNDABLE booking deposit of 50% of the total quotation is payable to secure your date & time slot once accepted. In the unfortunate event that photo session is canceled or another date is chosen by the client that we cannot accommodate, the said deposit will be forfeited to recover any financial losses incurred by us. Balance is payable 2 (two) weeks prior to the photo session date. All extras and or extra time spent at the venue at the clients request is payable on invoice after the photo session.
